Vishwa Shanti Stupa
The Vishwa Shanti Stupa, also known as the World Peace Pagoda, is one of the most peaceful and spiritually significant landmarks in Wardha, Maharashtra. Built with the message of universal peace, harmony, and non-violence, the stupa attracts visitors, pilgrims, and tourists from across India and around the world.
Located near the famous Japanese Buddhist temple at Gopuri, the stupa was established with the support of Buddhist monks and peace organizations inspired by the teachings of Lord Buddha and Mahatma Gandhi. The monument symbolizes global unity, compassion, and the path of peace through spiritual understanding.
