Budget Management:Develop and manage budgets for store development projects, including cost estimation and tracking
Seek cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality
Project Management:Plan and coordinate store development projects from concept to completion
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and interior designers
Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets
Visual Merchandising:Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and appeal
Create eye-catching displays and product arrangements to drive sales
Store Maintenance:Oversee store maintenance activities to ensure that fixtures, lighting, and signage are in good working order
Address any maintenance or repair issues promptly
Trend Analysis:Stay updated on industry trends and emerging retail technologies
